Speaker profile: Zhang Xiaoyu, mainly engaged in the research of the control mechanism and device development of microwave-far infrared photoelectric devices based on semiconductor materials and ferrous thin film materials. Combining the properties of ferrous materials and semiconductor materials with the excellent characteristics of micro / nano structures, the research focuses on the optical and electrical properties of patterned thin film materials with micro / nano structures and the regulation of related active optoelectronic devices. Hosted and completed 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China (61107093) and 1 Youth Innovation Fund of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Y2BHQ11001). Participated in and completed the sub-project “973 Quantum Modulation and Application Research of Low-Dimensional Plasma System” (2009CB929303). Participated in 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China (61271157). The current research content is the regulation of micro-nano structured far-infrared optoelectronic devices. He has published more than 50 academic papers in SCI international journals such as Applied Physics Letters, Journal of Applied Physics, and authorized 4 domestic patents. He is a reviewer for Journal of Applied Physics, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, IEEE and other SCI and EI magazines. 2018.5 was rated as "three new and four innovation" good youth in Suzhou.
